CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Appointment Policy Cancellations: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance with no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% service fee. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure enough time for your service. No-Shows: If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time and have not contacted us, it will be considered a no-show and the full cost of the service will be charged.
